If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from SlingShot CRM LLC at the number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automated system. You represent you are at least 18 years old and the subscriber or authorized user of the number.

4.9 If you receive texts from one of our customers

If you received a text message from a business that uses SlingShot CRM LLC, that business is the sender and controls your information. Contact that business to exercise your rights or to request details about their texting program.

We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags, local storage) to operate the Site and understand usage.

Service customer data export and deletion

If a business customer terminates the Service, we generally provide a thirty (30) day window to export Customer Data (subject to account standing and payment), after which Customer Data may be deleted from active systems. Backups may persist for a period of time.

A. Account and marketing preferences

B. State privacy rights (U.S.)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, which may include:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell SMS opt in data or consent and we do not share it with third parties for their independent marketing use.

We may share mobile numbers and messaging metadata with service providers and carriers solely to deliver messages, prevent fraud, and comply with carrier requirements.

10) INTERNATIONAL USERS

We are based in the United States. If you access the Site or Service from outside the United States, you understand your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.
