10.9 Platform Messaging Responsibility (for customers using SlingShot CRM LLC)

If you use the SlingShot CRM LLC platform to send SMS messages to your own contacts, you are the sender of those messages and you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, carrier rules, and A2P 10DLC requirements, including obtaining and maintaining required opt in consent, honoring opt out requests, and maintaining consent records. We may suspend or restrict messaging if required by carriers or if your traffic, content, consent, or practices create compliance risk.

11) GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict of law principles.
